Anchor Wetsuits Policies
Cheques will not be accepted unless approved by management
We will hold wetsuits for the following periods of time:
- LAYBYS – Three months
- WARRANTY REPAIRS/REPAIRS – one month
- WETSUITS WITHOUT A DEPOSIT– five working days
- SALES ITEMS – We do not hold sale items
Please ensure you pick up items purchased or dropped off for repair within these time frames.
Refunds and Warranty Claims
We reserve the right to refuse refunds and warranty claims if you do not produce a receipt.Please keep your receipt
All repairs, alterations and warranty work has to be received by Tuesday noon to be completed by Friday afternoon. All Wetsuits & Waders must be clean, dry and free of sand and odours. Wet, dirty or sandy suits and waders will not be accepted for repair.
Minimum Repair Charge
ANCHOR SUITS -$40.00
OTHER BRANDS – $45.00
Custom making and Alterations to a new suit
A minimum 50% deposit is required for any custom made wetsuit or alterations made at your request to a new suit. If are measured up for a wetsuit and then do not purchase the garment you will be required to pay a $25.00 measurement fee.
Our refund policy is in accordance with Tasmania Consumers Affairs and Fair Trading.
Please note we reserve the right to refuse refund and warranty claims if you do not produce a receipt.

- You’ve changed your mind

- Decided it was too expensive
- You knew about that particular fault prior to purchase.
